Direct printed Mylar bags are manufactured using industrial digital and gravure printing processes that require extensive setup before production begins. These setup costs remain largely the same whether you're producing 10 bags or 10,000 bags, making very small production runs significantly more expensive on a per-unit basis. This is why direct print packaging is generally recommended for larger production quantities rather than one-off samples or prototype orders.

Our sample service is specifically designed for businesses that want to see the quality, colours, finish, and overall appearance of their packaging before committing to a larger production run. While the cost per bag is higher due to the manufacturing setup involved, it provides an accurate representation of the final product and allows you to approve your packaging with confidence before placing a full order.

ARTWORK
Option 1: Upload your own artwork in print ready format. We require PDF or PSD files in CMYK. If you would like a template please email us ahead of placing the order.
- We will check your artwork and send you a digital proof to make sure you are happy to begin mass production.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION

Bags can feature a clear window, please ensure if you'd like a window you include detailed specifications in design instructions. OR if your uploading your own artwork clearly mark cut lines and leave internal window space blank.
