Choose Your Grinder

Eco Hemp Grinder

Eco is our fully biodegradable hemp grinder, made from 100% biodegradable hemp in a simple 2-piece design. It’s the lowest-cost option in the range, suited to branded merchandise, promotional giveaways and environmentally conscious brands.

Your design is applied as a durable vinyl label on both sides as standard. Full digital printing is also available at higher quantities and can become more cost-effective per unit than vinyl labelling once the labelling labour is removed from the cost.

Available in black, white, pink, red, blue and green, or a random colour mix.

From £2.00 each. Minimum order: 30 pieces. Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days (20–25 working days for digital print).

Standard Aluminium Grinder

Standard is our most popular custom aluminium grinder: a 4-piece magnetic aluminium grinder with diamond-cut teeth, a fine mesh screen, a storage compartment and a cleaning tool. Each unit is individually boxed.

Available in 50mm or 63mm diameter, in black, blue, green, silver, purple or red.

Ridge Premium Aluminium Grinder

Ridge is our premium aluminium grinder, built for a more refined everyday experience. The main chamber lifts fully out for easier loading and cleaning. It’s CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminium with an anodised, scratch-resistant finish, a textured ergonomic grip, magnetic lid closure and precision-milled portholes for smooth rotation.

Available in 63mm, in black, blue, green, gold, purple or red, with mix-and-match colours available.

Custom Mould Grinder

Custom Mould is our most bespoke option: a grinder built from a bespoke mould in your own shape, profile or with mould-integrated branding.

Your design can be built directly into the mould, so raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) logos and details are formed into the grinder itself rather than printed or labelled on afterwards. It’s designed for brands that want a genuinely distinctive grinder shaped around their own branding rather than a standard shape with a logo applied.

From £4.99 each. Minimum order: 500 pieces. Typical turnaround: 30–40 working days.

Customisation & Finish

Available customisation depends on the grinder range and material. Some finishes are only suitable for aluminium, while vinyl labelling is exclusive to Eco.

Vinyl labelling: Eco only. The fastest turnaround and lowest minimum order across the range. Branding is applied to both sides as standard.

Digital printing: Available on Standard, Ridge and Eco. At higher Eco quantities, digital printing can become more cost-effective per unit than individual vinyl labelling.

Laser engraving: Available on Standard and Ridge aluminium grinders.

Metallic printing: Available on Standard and Ridge aluminium grinders.

Full body printing: Available on Standard grinders from 500 pieces, with coverage across the top, sides and base.

Custom Mould is a separate grinder type rather than a finish applied to an existing range. It is manufactured using a bespoke mould, allowing your shape, profile and branding to be built directly into the grinder, including embossed or debossed details.

For large orders or tight deadlines, contact us before ordering so we can check the current production schedule. Turnaround can vary depending on your artwork, finish, quantity and combination of options.

Every order receives a digital mock-up for approval before mass production begins.

Artwork

Option 1: Upload Your Own Design

If you already have artwork, upload it with your order. PDF, PSD or AI files give the best results; JPG files are also accepted for Eco grinder orders.

If you need an artwork template first, contact us before ordering and we’ll send the appropriate template for your chosen grinder and customisation method.

We’ll check your artwork and send a digital proof for approval before production starts.

Option 2: Work With Our In-House Design Team

No artwork yet? Our in-house design team can build your design from scratch. Tell us what you’re looking for in the instructions box at checkout and a member of the team will get in touch to discuss your design.

Production & Ordering

1. Choose your grinder — Standard, Ridge, Eco or Custom Mould.

2. Choose your customisation — Pick the finish available for your chosen grinder.

3. Upload your artwork — Or ask our in-house design team for help.

4. Approve your proof — We send a digital mock-up for approval before production begins.

5. Production & delivery — Once approved, your grinders go into production and are dispatched on completion.

Standard and Ridge grinders are printed on the top as standard. Full coverage of the top, sides and base is available on Standard grinders from 500 pieces — contact us for a quote.

If you want the same grinder in different colours, or the same colour with different artwork, add each combination as a separate line item. For large quantity multi artwork orders contact us to discuss bulk order discounts.
