Eco Hemp Grinder

Eco is our fully biodegradable hemp grinder, made from 100% biodegradable hemp. A simple 2-piece design, ideal for lower-cost branded merchandise, promotional giveaways and environmentally conscious brands.

Your design is applied as a durable vinyl label on both sides as standard, with full digital printing also available.

Available in black, white, pink, red, blue and green, or a random mix of colours.

Standard Aluminium Grinder

Standard is our most popular custom grinder. A 4-piece magnetic aluminium grinder featuring diamond-cut teeth, a fine mesh screen, storage compartment and cleaning tool.

Available in 50mm or 63mm in diameter and 6 colours: black, blue, green, silver, purple and red. Individually boxed.

Ridge Premium Aluminium Grinder

Ridge is our premium aluminium grinder, designed for a more refined everyday experience. The main chamber lifts fully out for easier loading and cleaning and is made from aircraft-grade, CNC-machined aluminium with an anodised, scratch-resistant finish.

It features a textured ergonomic grip, magnetic lid closure and precision-milled portholes for smooth rotation.

Available in 63mm and 6 colours: black, blue, green, gold, purple and red. Mix and match colours are available.

Custom Mould Grinder

Custom Mould is our most bespoke option, allowing you to create a grinder with a custom shape, profile or mould-integrated branding.

Your design can be built directly into the mould, allowing features such as raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) logos and details to be formed into the grinder itself rather than simply printed or labelled onto the surface.

This option is ideal for brands looking for a genuinely distinctive custom grinder designed around their own shape or branding.

Customisation & Finish

The customisation options available depend on the grinder range and the material being used. Some finishes are only suitable for aluminium, while others are exclusive to the Eco range.

*Full-body digital printing is available from 500 pcs.

Custom Mould is a separate grinder type rather than a standard customisation finish. It is manufactured using a bespoke mould, allowing you to create a custom shape, profile or mould-integrated branding, including raised (embossed) or recessed (debossed) details.

Vinyl labelling is exclusive to Eco grinders and offers the fastest turnaround and lowest minimum order across the range. Metallic printing is available on aluminium grinders only.

For large orders or tight deadlines, please contact us before ordering so we can check the current production schedule. Actual turnaround can vary depending on your artwork, finish, quantity and chosen combination of options.

Before mass production begins, you'll receive a digital mock-up for approval on every order.

Artwork

Option 1: Upload Your Own Design

If you already have your artwork, upload it with your order. PDF, PSD or AI files are recommended for the best results. JPG files are also accepted for Eco grinder orders.

Need an artwork template first? Contact us before placing your order and we'll provide the appropriate template for your chosen grinder and customisation method.

We'll check your artwork and provide a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Option 2: Work With Our In-House Design Team

Don't have artwork ready? Our in-house design team can help bring your idea to life. Tell us what you're looking for in the instructions box at checkout and a member of our team will get in touch to discuss your design.

Production & Ordering

1. Choose your grinder — Standard, Ridge, Eco or Custom Mould.

2. Choose your customisation — Select the available finish for your chosen grinder.

3. Upload your artwork — Or ask our in-house design team for help.

4. Approve your proof — We'll send a digital mock-up for approval before production begins.

5. Production & delivery — Once approved, your grinders go into production and are dispatched when complete.

Standard and Ridge grinders are printed on the top of the grinder as standard. Full coverage of the top, sides and base is available from 500 pcs — contact us for a quote.

If you require the same grinder in different colours or the same colour with different artwork, please add each combination as a separate line item. These combinations are not eligible for bulk order discounts.

UK next-day delivery and international express shipping are available on every order.
