Choose Your Embroidery Style

Standard Embroidery – Classic, detailed stitching embroidered directly onto the cap for a clean, professional finish.

Patch Embroidery – Your design is embroidered onto a patch before being securely stitched onto the cap, creating a bold and distinctive look.

3D Puff Embroidery – Raised embroidery creates a dimensional, embossed effect for a premium and eye-catching finish.

All three embroidery options are available at the same great price.

Choose Your Cap Style

Baseball Cap – The classic curved-brim cap with a traditional six-panel construction.

Flat Brim Cap – A structured baseball-style cap featuring a flat, straight brim for a more contemporary streetwear look.

Trucker Cap – A classic trucker construction featuring breathable mesh panels at the rear, combined with an embroidered front panel.

Artwork & Production Process

Option 1: Upload Your Own Artwork

Upload your print-ready artwork when placing your order. We recommend PDF, PNG, AI or PSD files in CMYK. If you require a template, please contact us before placing your order.

Once your artwork is received:

• We will check your artwork and confirm that it is suitable for production.

• We will create and send you a digital proof for approval.

• Once approved, we will produce your first embroidery sample and provide photos so you can check the embroidery size, colours and overall appearance.

• Once you approve the sample, we will proceed with mass production.

Please ensure your artwork is supplied in the correct format, size and quality. Incorrect or unsuitable artwork may result in delays to your order.

Option 2: Let Our In-House Experts Create Your Design

Don't have artwork ready or need help bringing your idea to life? Our in-house design team can work with you to create your cap design.

Simply provide your design ideas and instructions in the box provided. A member of our team will then contact you to discuss your requirements and develop the design with you.

You will receive a digital mock-up/proof before production, giving you the opportunity to approve the design before we begin manufacturing.

Production Time

These caps are custom-made to order and produced panel by panel, so please allow approximately 30 days for production. Production begins following artwork/design approval.

Please note: If you require the same design in different cap colours or styles, these should be added to your order separately. Each colour/style combination is produced as a separate custom product.
