Custom Clipper lighters, printed with your design using full-colour direct
digital print, from £0.98 each at wholesale volume. These personalised
clipper lighters combine an iconic, refillable design with print-ready
customisation for brands, retailers, and events.
Printing Options
Your custom clipper lighter can be printed in one of three areas, each
suited to a different kind of design:
Front Flat - up to 15mm x 50mm.
A flat panel on the front face, best for a clean logo or short slogan.
Full Body - up to 40mm x 50mm.
Wraps around the curved body, our most popular option for bold artwork, photography, or patterns that need to read from any angle.
Back - up to 8mm x 50mm.
A small secondary panel, usually paired with a front or full body design, for a QR code, URL, or secondary logo.

Minimum order for custom clipper lighters is 48 units. Contact us for a quote outside these bands or for custom colour/background printing.
Production details
Base colours: choose from our standard range, or contact us for a specific
colour match. Assorted colourways are available on mixed packs — a pack of
48, for example, can be split into 12 units each of four colours. Custom
colour and background printing is available for full-ink coverage onto
white lighters, for a bespoke background rather than a print-on-colour
finish.
Custom Clipper lighters are printed to order, each unit is quality-checked
before dispatch, and every order is handled in-house from proofing through
to delivery.
