How to make a Custom Balaclava

We offer two main options for custom printed balaclavas, depending on your needs:

• Premium Small Runs (No MOQ):
  For one-off orders or small batches, we offer custom Mil-Tec military-grade balaclavas. These are high-quality garments designed for durability, comfort, and a professional finish. They are perfect for personal use, team branding, or limited edition merchandise. However, since Mil-Tec balaclavas are not purchased by us in wholesale, they are not cost-effective for bulk orders and start from £10 per unit.

• Affordable Bulk Orders:
  For larger projects, we recommend our bulk custom balaclavas, which are printed on more cost-efficient alternatives. By default, these are two-slit eye 100% polyester balaclavas with a smooth, comfortable feel. While they don’t match the military-grade standard of Mil-Tec, they are still good quality and are ideal for promotional events, sports teams, outdoor activities, and branded workwear.

The Design Process – Turning Ideas into Customized Balaclavas

The Production Process – Small Runs vs. Bulk Printing

  These are produced using heat transfer vinyl (HTV). Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days, though times may vary depending on workload.

• Bulk Orders:
  For large quantities, we use sublimation printing or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, depending on your design and colour requirements. This allows for long-lasting, full-colour prints at an affordable price.
